How can your service possibly be free?

Easy. We're paid a commission by the venues for introducing your business.

Are venue rates increased to take account of the commission paid to The Conference Bureau?

No they're not. You are charged exactly the same rate we receive, and our rates will be significantly lower that you would get yourself because of the volume we book throughout the year - and you don't have to do any of the research!

Is The Conference Bureau part of a hotel group?

No, we are a completely independent business, so our advice is totally impartial.

Does it matter if my conference is only for a small number of people?

Not at all. We deal with bookings for businesses of all sizes.

How many venues are on the The Conference Bureau database?

Thousands! The list is constantly updated as new venues are added all the time. We believe we have one of the most comprehensive databases available.

Can you help with other conference requirements, such as equipment hire?

Yes, we can help with most conference and event related matters, although some additional services may be chargeable. We will always tell you in advance of any work that requires a fee.


How The Conference Bureau will work to find the right venue
for your next meeting or conference.

1. You can send us your enquiry via email or by phone giving as much detail

2. You will need to inform us of any venues you or colleagues are holding provisionally, (this avoids duplication) so that we do not contact these venues.
3. We will use our unique database to search for your ideal venue and report back with options, prices & we will guarantee to negotiate the best possible price according to your budget.
   
4. You let us know which venue suits your requirements and then The Conference Bureau will arrange for you to visit the venues or hotels , if requires, after which we will confirm your booking.
   
5. The venue then contracts direct with you and any on-going communications will be direct between yourself and the venue.

So that The Conference Bureau can work on your event for free - we are paid a commission by the venue for introducing your booking. That is why it is important that we confirm your event with the venue.
