How can your service possibly be free?
Easy. We're paid a commission by
the venues for introducing your business.
Are venue
rates increased to take account of the commission
paid to The Conference Bureau?
No
they're not. You are charged exactly the same rate
we receive, and our rates will be significantly
lower that you would get yourself because of the
volume we book throughout the year -
and you don't have to do any of the research!
Is The Conference Bureau
part of a hotel group?
No, we are a completely independent
business, so our advice is totally impartial.
Does it
matter if my conference is only for a small number
of people?
Not at all. We deal with bookings
for businesses of all sizes.
How many
venues are on the The Conference Bureau database?
Thousands! The list is constantly updated as new
venues are added all the time. We believe we have
one of the most comprehensive databases available.
Can you
help with other conference requirements, such as
equipment hire?
Yes, we can help with most
conference and event related
matters, although some additional services may be chargeable.
